This is an edited version of the return leg of our regular Saturday morning ride along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. There are two distinct sets, as part way through the group split, and a smaller group had to chase hard to get back to rejoin. Two sets with long, medium intensity intervals followed by a second set of shorter, faster efforts.
