Uhhh, the show Ozark to rep for Missouri is actually fairly accurate. The city of Osage Beach is just outside of area code 417. This area code is known for the most meth lab busts in the United States. Some people in the Midwest refer to meth as 417 because so much of it is produced in that area code. Also, the co-writer of the show, Bill Dubuque, spent his teenage years on the Lake of the Ozarks, and used some of his experiences as inspiration for the show. That girl was just ignorant of how bad the drug problem is in Southwest Missouri.
@rainbomg3 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree that Ozark does a great job, it also makes the place look beautiful and although there are tons of drugs being moved about in the show there honestly isn’t that much actual drug _use_ , except for that montage where whatsername poisons the batch with fentanyl. I wanna say the main characters that have done drugs do it out of state even! I love that show tho I am a little traumatized by the last season.
