Real Washington fact: the city of Seattle got buried and rebuilt a floor upwards, every building in the old areas you see is actually the second floor and the bottom floor is underground, connecting the city with a network of tunnels! They offer tours and it’s pretty rad. If I remember correctly it was all to do with toilets???

Utah weird (?) facts: If Nevada is the silver state and California is the gold state, we're the copper one. One of the biggest copper mines ever is in Utah. There're even cities/counties named after what was/is mined there. ("Carbon County.") We have an official state dinosaur (the Allosaurus). The Velociraptors in Jurassic Park are probably based more off of Utahraptors (and/or Deinonychus). Yes, these are all rock related. What do you want, it's a rocky state! :P
