The Hawaii girl isn't technically wrong but the REAL state motto/slogan was taught to us in Elementary school, It's "Ua Mau ke Ea o ka 'Aina i ka Pono" which translates to "the life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness" I just remember having to repeat this motto in school and even in High school when I took Agriculture as a class.

Deep in the Heart of Texas is a song, not a slogan. 2 slogans came to mind for me- "Everything is Bigger in Texas" which is pretty literal (even though Alaska is bigger then us lol) and "Don't Mess with Texas" which actually means to not liter. It's why you see it all over Texas roads and highways because the state govt doesn't want you to liter and it's actually a state law I believe (someone can correct me if I am wrong).

I think the best slogan for Pennsylvania is probably just the state nickname “The Keystone State” it just isn’t that interesting of a state. It just encapsulates the state, it doesn’t really lead in anything good or intriguing. Honestly Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Virginia can collectively be known as the history states.
