In Turkey we don't waste any part of the cow/sheep, we even eat the meaty parts of the sheeps skull (tongue, cheekmeat, brain etc.), we make soup out of the tripe and skullmeat. Lovin it when the cow tastes me.

Usually I'm pretty nonplussed when I am able to do the things in these videos. But when I got a clear shot of the meats I legit yelled every cut at the screen and was super satisfied. I actually served cow's tongue as one of the courses of our Christmas dinner last year. Properly braised and fried off in some herby butter it is super tasty and can serve a whole crowd for little to no money (our butcher actually gave it to us for free, since he had soo many left-over tongues).
