The Fast Ball's somewhat notable for not working properly in Gen 2. At least, I see that as notable, anyway. But yeah- it was intended to work better on any Pokémon that could flee, and instead it only applies that bonus to Magnemite, Grimer, and Tangela, a fraction of the full list.

The enigma berry was indeed only obtainable through a cheat code..... The other berries you mentioned though? Yeah, I want them! I've heard about quite a few of the abilities and moves mentioned as well, but a couple were new to me. There are rare abilities that some pokemon have although it's incredibly rare and sometimes pop out during breeding a pokemon - like getting a female starter pokemon. Usually you'll get a male, but sometimes you'll hatch out a female. Long Reach is the other ability of Decedueye, and there was a set of final evolution starters given to players where the pokemon actually had the rare alternate abilities in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon - I believe. My favorite Pokemon berry is the Leppa Berry. It heals 10 pps of one move.

Triage is pronounced "TREE-Ahge" and is a medical term for how to prioritize the treatment of injured patients. IIRC it was the signature ability of Confey.

I am SO glad I'm not the only person who knows the word triage and its meaning irl.

Gen 3 had trumpets. Gen 5 had the accordion. Gen 8 had the crowd. Gen 9 better have some bangin' guitars

I know about the fast ball, as it's a ball you MUST obtain to catch “the three legendary dogs” in HeartGold and SoulSilver. (Those “dogs” are Suicune, Entai, and Raikou BTW) you need the fast balls to catch them as they run after you make your move, and FYI having a Pokemon with the ability to prevent running won't work as all three of them know roar so good luck. On a side note, you don't have to catch them with fast balls as ultra balls and great balls work just as well, but take longer to do is all. (Plus they cost ALOT of money to). I also know about triange as it's in the sun and moon games as an ability for a Pokemon that assists nurse Joy in the anime, and damp is also in those games to, but I did not know about the whole using it to stop exploding Pokemon from fainting themselves, so thanx for that. ✌️😎

I was doing a challange with my friend where we catch a bunch of random pokemon in the wild area and then battle with them, his wooper had damp and saved him from my exploding roggenrolla evolution(i forgot the name). it was hilarious :))

I've heard of all the moves, a trainer keeps up to date on these things, and I have used ALL of the moves you listed, Lunge is cool tbh.

Heard of Damp, Filter and Triage. Very good abilities in competitives! Who plays Balanced Hackmons probably knows all of them.

I laughed at the abilities one cause I would always try and theory craft comp teams based on weird abilities on Pokemon no one else used so I’d heard of all of them. You got me on the move toxic thread tho. Never heard of that once.

you said triage wrong... its Tree ahhsh...like the triage unit at a hospital when people go to the ER.

Some of my Pokémon in HeartGold and SoulSilver have found the golden leaves. Never got that crown. I love Camerupt, so I knew about the Solid Rock ability.
