Picked up this model back in May. Really like wearing it and the metallic rings encircling the sub-dials set them off nicely when on-wrist. The Titanium Case and Bracelet are "feather-light" and the textured dial is mesmerizing! This one's definitely a Keeper in my collection.

I agree. I have no problem with quartz or solar powered watches (indeed I love them) but I can’t bring myself to have a 24 hour sub dial. It’s just there to have a third dial.

Stop being so anal about a subdial. Also a 24h subdial has its use in an automatic watch as when it stops and you want to set the time again it will show you if you are in am or pm so that you can set bit properly and quickly. In this one it provides symmetry and the watch itself looks great.

I have the salmon dial day/ date version of the Forza or whatever its called now and its quickly become one of my most worn watches. Two things about _that_ watch, the scratch resistant treatment they use is not all that scratch resistant and its actually 41mm across, not 39 but my god I love that watch. I wear it more than most of my really nice watches. PS that's not a Rothko is it? 5:11 If so you have some secrets.

This watch is amazing. And I rarely say that about quartz. Just the combination of the dial colour/texture/panda design, integrated bracelet, the chronograph, sweeping seconds (looks like 2hz?), and eco-drive. It's very unique for the money imo.

My watch was purchased 2 years ago from MAMACOO and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.

The way not to get sucked into mechanical watches and start having appreciation for quartz watches is to consider the technology. Mechanical watches use ancient out dated tech. Do we still use carburetors when we have fuel injection? Do we use dot matrix printers when we have laser printers? Do we use vacuum tubes when we have integrated circuits? Do we use dive watches when we have dive computers? Oh wait! Scratch that last one!!

I love the carefree nature of solar quartz watches, but hate the ka-thunk ka-thunk seconds hand. My Tough Solar CasiOak is amazing and I want a Tank Solar Beat and maybe one day Bulova will make a Precisionist that is both solar and not hideous looking.

I have a real SUB but I also bought one of these replicas from AMZWATCH for piece of mind if I go to another country or if I am doing activities that can damage the watch. I don't see anything wrong with that.
