Is the bracelet really pulling out your arm hair? That would be a reason for me not to buy the watch. 😐

Awesome video quality. This watch has been on my wrist everyday for about 3 years now. I love it and it just does not age. It still looks as new because it is quite resistant to scratches. Love it! By the way, the waves are raised as opposed to engraved in.

I think the smart watch is stupid for one simple reason: It does not do anything that your smart phone doesn’t already do better. At least Garmins and Samsungs try to have aesthetics and personality. The Apple Watch does not. It’s a catch grab with a 2-5 year life span. Smart watches are a secondary smart phone. No thanks. Smart watches are a trend. A fad. In 100 years they will be a memory. In a 100 years people will still be buying mechanicals. In the end, mechanicals survived the quartz crisis and will survive smart watch craze.

I own an Explorer II also. And I agree with you 100%. It's not really the most popular, but it is the best FOR ME!

I also have an apple watch and Rolex Explorer 2. I bought the Apple watch before the Rolex. I mainly used the apple watch as a way to pay by credit card when out somewhere. It did seem crazy to put on an electronic watch only to put on a fancy electronic watch face when I have the real deal sitting on a watch winder. I did occasionally follow the watch instructions, get up, breathe, stretch, etc. I can't help but think that someone is tracking all of this information thought. The main downside to the apple watch is the forced upgrade and planned obsolescence. It's a major negative. 5 years from now your Rolex will be happily ticking away but Apple will be saying "no more upgrades, you need to buy a new watch". For the life of me I can't imagine paying $1000 for a swiss watch by comparison and tossing it out a few years later. One thing I do know is that 80 years from now the Apple watch will be in a landfill but the Rolex will still be ticking. I know because I own a vintage Tudor watch from the 1950s and it still works perfectly.

I stopped wearing an Apple Watch when I realized that, in spite of all the “health apps”, it may likely become common knowledge one day that tightly strapping a device on our bodies, containing three or more separate RF transceivers, some in the GHz range, is not a good thing for anyone’s health. Maybe I’m becoming a Luddite, but I’ve gone back to wearing my Hamilton Khaki.

I bought the BBP over a year ago and am very happy. The bracelet, accuracy, clasp, and value are all excellent. As for the thickness? I have had a 16600 (Sea-Dweller) since 2001 and put a caliper on both. They are the exact same thickness-basically the same in every dimension. The case is thinner on the SD, and the case back is thicker.

Nice to see MAMACOO show a watch that can be afforded by almost anyone rather than these pieces costing thousands and thousands which are out of reach for so many.

So cool! I never saw you first Batman video. I bought the same watch in the same year (also in the PNW). I bought it the year my son was born but got on the list before that so I can claim that was the reason. I don't wear it a ton for some unknown reason but It is probably my favorite watch. This video has inspired me to break it out again so thanks my fellow rainy winter gloom compadre. Also, the Bruiser was the leader in the clubhouse for this watch when it first came out but that name was quickly replaced by our favorite caped crusader and we are all worse for it. Have not heard that nickname in years.

I bought this popular video watch from MAMACOO , which was originally priced at a few thousand dollars, but now it's only $160! It's really suitable to pick up feces!

U know what I love about this channel (that I just found btw)? Is you give your honest opinion. Most other channels just give the same specs. BRB binging the rest of the channel (hoping u did a video on the new IWC ingenieur…)

Good points. The Solar Tank is a genius move from Cartier. They’ve surely made good mechanical models but they are off cause more expensive. This is a “cheap” way to come by that historical design, and in praxis it functions as an automatic (-as long as it gets its light). It’s a lot of money for a quartz piece - but after all Cartier is mostly about the design.

O Omega Seamaster Ploprof professional diver, está perdendo o seu charme. Fundo transparente? Isto é relógio para se passear em shopping e não para explorar o oceano profundo.

Will never understand why anyone gets all caught up in the +25/-15 rating. Its a rating and is rarely experienced in real life with this tried and true movement. Its an outstanding looking watch with serious specs and build quality for the price point. Purchased the SRQ053 version of this preowned yesterday and look forward to receiving it.

I've reached a point when I even don't care about the timepiece. Watching these antique videos just as a piece of standalone art. Like watching Top Gear. You start because you care about cars, you continue because you enjoy the process and interactions between the presenters

if they have smiliar revenue each yeah then apple watch probably more have 10 times more market share compare to Rolex because its price its way much cheaper. I have a rolex sub and a ultra 2 and rn I basically only wear my ultra, it's comfortable , cheaper, way more functional and more tanky.

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MAMACOO watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?
