I have two ideas for ideal sci-fi campaign. 1. I would love a borg campaign in Star Trek Adventures where you are having to convince different enemy factions to align together before the borg come to assimilate everyone. Ending in a climactic defense with the borg 2. A murder mystery in the Blade Runner RPG set off world, so we can see what the replicant colonies are like, and instead you are hunting down a human hiding among replicants. I would love to play both those campaigns. Also congrats on 500 subs!!! Youre doing great content, keep it up 👍

It would be interesting to hear how you approach scenario design for Doctor Who and Champions, given how expansive the settings for those games can be.

Doctor Who scenarios are a cinch, relatively speaking, because Cubicle 7 made such an incredible line of supplements for every Doctor, with stats and summaries for every single episode -- so if you're at a loss, grab something from one of those books and just twist it up a bit :) For Champions I lean heavily on my obsessive comics phase during my teens, and the basic principle that you don't threaten the heroes directly with your villains -- you threaten what they love, their human weaknesses. Whether it's their family, their home city, their significant other, whatever -- smart villains will do what they can to split up the hero team, send them scrambling after different, simultaneous problems, make them face impossible choices and moral quandaries. It's challenging for sure, but I can try to live out my comics-writer fantasies from the 90s :)

@@djthorsilver Good advice, especially regarding Champions. I've been working on a scenario for the kids, but have been struggling to get in the right frame of mind for it. As for Doctor Who, I have not picked up any version of it yet as an RPG and am curious (the FLGS has it).
