This no jumping, apartment friendly, knee friendly workout will increase your heart rate and help you to burn some extra calories. It is beginner friendly and great for obese people!
You'd be burning an average of 250 - 500 calories depending on your weight, body composition and intensity.

My 2nd day and 2nd type of workout from YanaFit. I managed to do full workout 36 mins. Here is my results: Distance - 2.93 km Calories burned - 327 kcal Steps - 4106 A lil bit sad cause i got only 4106 instead of 5000 steps but satisfying cause her breaks are 10 seconds only. So i have some errors and have to stop few seconds and few times. Thank you for this relaxing music workout. Love it!

Thank you Yana for this workout. ❤️ I'm a beginner to workouts and weighing 87 kgs it's difficult to workout. I used to count steps walking but this workout made me sweat and it was light on my knees. Can't thank you enough. May I know how many days in a week I can do this.

Day 1 . Only did 20 min hope for the best for next time. (I am 79 kg ) Day 2. Only did 11 min(didn't have enough time ) Day 3 . Able to do 30 min . Hope for the best 💓

I’m 62 and quite uncoordinated, this one I could mostly do,and with the small space I have, I did it morning and 5 pm to get a 10,000 step, but mine might have been about 8,500 at a guess , thankyou so much for a great workout

So it has my third day doing this exercise. And I tried to go high intensity so I tried to double the steps that she did.. I ended with 4,205 steps. I'm pretty confident I did more but maybe Fitbit don't track certain moves.

Great workout! I loved this. Very easy on the knees. Thanks Yana! 165 active calories. Not a lot but I like switching it up. Can’t wait to try your other workouts!did this again and got 197 calories this time. Varied some moves to keep arms moving. This one really gets you sweating.

See the thing is that this could be really good.. your steps don’t match the actual rhythm of the music…a step counter would really help, but unless your steps match the music….

I'm 87 kgs just 1 kg more. Yes it was difficult but let's push ourselves slowly with baby steps ❤️ 😌🙂 atleast something is better than nothing.
