We have a 2017 Flex Limited with 3.5 EcoBoost and it can smack it down. Looks like a bigger intercooler is in my future and a tune. I also bypassed the recycling of the blow off pressure

I dig it! I bought a 2020 Aviator last year and have really enjoyed it. I’ve got the CVF intercooler waiting to go on and am still deciding on a tuner and maybe downpipes

There is a guy on ig that has one and it runs hard underestimated for sure this is the first aviator I’ve seen from a creator that’s done light mods can’t wait to seen make 1000 hp LOL

So far it seems like the stock bottom end on the 3.0 can’t handle more than about 750 hp, and the 10r60 in the Explorer ST doesn’t seem to like more than 550 lb ft. They are making better pistons and rods for the 3.0 though, and the Aviator has the 10r80 trans so it should handle some more tq.

i had the 2005 Aviator with the Mustang Mach One motor in it. I straight piped it, and put every bolt-on i could find. The Mach 1 tuner worked on it too! No issues! It was a blast! and it sounded God-Tier compared to this wiener-soy 6-turbo vacuum..🚽🚧
