They could in theory but typically manufacturers focus on business to business sales rather than business to consumer

Hahaha stupid question..the do product, produce and focus on inventing new products. You make an order and that’s it. Be a seller is a hard work, marketing, stock, ppc…Why should they do this kind of work when they sell in bulk all over the world?

What about this brand ‘URPOWER’ shut you down for selling ‘their’ product? Like, I know it’s unbranded actually but the brand owner can remove you from the listing and so, will the Alibaba ‘invoice’ help you by some way???

This is called private labelling. It's where you take a product and add your brand name / logo to it. Completely fine to do on Amazon and people are making a killing with it.
