@darkghostmagic Yup, this is a great suggestion, you could just manually place one card in between the aces before you start the trick if you don't to do a faro

Thanks for this awesome trick! I saw magician Bill Malone perform this trick, and I was amazed! I think this trick is originally by Ed Marlo 👍 thanks a lot for this tutorial, I can't wait to try it out on my family and friends 😀

This is awesome! I did this trick to my family and they we're amazed and it makes you look like you have years of experience but I've only been doing magic for about 5 months, but even with less than one month of experience you could do this

Thank you very much for the tutorial. It's great trick, and so clean. I've seen some ace cuttings but they where such complicated. And here you really cut to them. More card tricks tutorials rather than moves please ; )

With practice I should get it down! Good tutorial, especially when you "flicked" that last Ace! Thanks bro. Veeman, San Diego, Ca. Happy thoughts!
@bones34312 жыл бұрын
As long as you perfectly alternate the top half (or last portion you riffle), I suppose so. The faro is generally used because once learned, a perfect shuffle is more easily obtained.
@danflem14 жыл бұрын
Great tutorial, but I have a suggestion: if you are having trouble faroing, you can try with a set-up.Then you can do false cuts. I would never do that, but it is something to think about.
@MUSTANGplantation12 жыл бұрын
You could also use prediction, as in putting a slip of paper in the box with the number 20 on it. I find that to be the most powerful.

Dont worry bout annotations opening in same window. people experienced with tabbed browsing would either right-click and click open in new window or tab... or they could more easily ctrl+click.

What deck are you using? Thanks for the tutorial. Uber-helpful.

Lovely trick. Great as an opener and as a presentation of pure skill. I like the fact that you are actually cutting to the aces rather than producing them from a retained stock.

It's a cool trick, but the whole "one card higher or one card lower and I would've missed" line is really suspicious. I first saw Ricky Jay do that and immediately it made me suspect something, especially when you don't always pull the ace off the top of the position you cut to. It seems like you're almost calling attention to the very subtlety of the trick itself.
@totomoser11 жыл бұрын
First 3 times i tried the faro shuffle i counted my cuts. I cut 27/25 cards everytime o_O

This was done by Harry Lorayne LONG before Ricky Jay...
