This is the only unit I have seen on KZbin. That actually is functional for somebody to live in it and there's nothing major that you would need to do to it to be. Able to live in the unit. Yeah, you could update you know, the carpeting, buthe only thing I would do is put in tile, but that's just what I would like and then I would put in floor heating, but that's if I was allowed, but others are not it's an immaculate unit. If I was back driving limos already I would be able to afford to buy that place. But unfortunately, that's a year or 2 off yet, but yeah, that nothing wrong with that perfect. I think it'll probably sell within 30 days, probably less.

This doesn't look terrible. I agree with pretty much all your comments on ways to improve it. Definitely need some sorta shades in the living room. And yeah, what is that bed with the lighted side panel? I just hit refresh on a Redfin page and up popped a listing for sale I've never seen. The Stirling Club at Turnberry Place is for sale. Is that thing cursed? If it goes bankrupt again, seems like that may impact the value of Turnberry Place condos. Maybe?

@@TheBrokerLife Thanks for your thoughts. Turnberry Place is on my list of "if I ever decide to leave a house and do the condo life" options. I've heard multiple places that most TP residents are members of Stirling Club, so I figured that might be an important part of living there.

It’s not a scam. Maintaining a luxury building has costs and all costs are decided by the owners that have been elected to the board of directors by all the other owners.

The furniture is horrendous. The carpet must go. Should be wood floor throughout. And no recessed outlets for the TV is cheap looking.
