Great video, Lisa. So sorry to hear about your loss. We just lost our little Pom a few weeks ago- we can relate. Also, another thing about over 55 communities- with respect to cars- your insurance costs might go up. Stay sane everyone.

My parents live in a 55+ community after the military. I went to the housing development to see if I can get help with housing. I realize how people are socially and economically manipulated into homelessness. The housing authority stated they are not taking applications. Are there loopholes? I do not really want to stay here, I just don't have money to move out on my own and have been economically suppressed since I graduated from Southeastern University in 2013.......and then Indian River State College in 2018.

Good video, Lisa. For me, all of the negatives you mentioned are positives for me. I'm good with most HOA's.

We would appreciate it if you could do some video's on NON HOA communities. There are a lot of us who already have experienced HOA communities and do not want to buy into another one. There is a need for more non HOA homes to look at. There must be some new or recent construction ones.

There is plenty of non-HOA housing here. They are just not communities. They are just neighborhoods.

Those are good reasons not to buy in 55+.

Sounds like a horrible way to live but I guess if that's what some people want then power to them.
