Today’s 55-minute Lower Body Sculpt with Weights is all about toning, strengthening, and shaping your thighs, glutes, hips, and calves. We’re using 5lb dumbbells (or adjust to your preference) and optional ankle weights for an extra burn. Get ready to feel your lower body activate and transform with these targeted Pilates movements!
In this session, we’ll focus on:

✨ Lifting and sculpting your glutes for a firmer, rounder shape.
✨ Adding definition to your calves and lower legs.
✨ Building endurance and stability with controlled, precise exercises.
