Best exercises ever! I could not do the planks though at all! ( sorry that was another video) I have a question and thought. I noticed that in your videos you always seem to focus on one or more areas that is worked harder than other areas. I always seem to be sore in one area and different areas depending upon the video even though most say "Total body". Can you still do Total Body but say extra focus on a " body part or two" in the subject area? No big deal but just a thought because I forget which video works which part the most.

This was challenging but I enjoyed it nonetheless! Can you maybe do Pilates that are wrist-friendly? They dont need to be plank-free but just plank-spread-out iykwim 😅

Thanks alex really great practice especially the core and glufes really felt the burn great results these videos keep me toned and fit strength training at they only hit certain muscles with weight in the gym pilates takes it deeper into the body your style really changed my level of fitness again i am grateful for u have a great evenening see next video 😊

Oh just did this. Amazing !!!as usual I loved all of it and really felt it when you did all different moves of the biceps and the hands up and down and arms back and forth. I almost could not do every move and I did not have weights. My stomach still hurts from the other workout so wondering how I feel tomorrow! But feels great! Just awesome. I wish there was a way to subscribe more than once because you deserve it. I love how my body feels after a workout! Once of the moves where you put your arms straight behind you and pulse reminded me of the old Callanetics, that used to be so effective.

Your workouts are amazing!! Your the best on You Tube!!! Every muscle is truly worked! I love this also. I am not senior yet but getting close and have worked out for a long time. I did your 45 latest workout the other day and I am still sore everywhere! So nice to have a different type of workout so I cant do your workouts everyday but have to wait a few days! Another truly amazing workout with flow movements and super clear instructions. I did not use ankle weights and used 2lb weights, and still feel a moderate good burn.

This is a new favorite! I always flip through to get a sense of what is in it(and avoid the reverse table top that doesn’t work for my shoulders), and was delighted by the challenge. Thank you for helping me to target lower body muscle groups, and reminding me to breathe deeply along the way.
