Hello. I really love all your videos. As far as this house goes the kitchen, the bonus room, and the pool were my favorite. To me, the bedrooms were too small. I think if needed, I would downsize another area to get bigger bedrooms especially the Master. Anyway thanks for the tour. Loved it ❤️

The telephone ‘80’s style made me think, is there even telephone jacks in these new homes? Our house was a custom built in the late’80’s telephone jacks everywhere, on the patio even. Beautiful house, nice tour.

WOW in 2008 when I was looking for a new build Buckeye expensive homes were 270 280. The price just doubled. This is pretty much the same house a friend of mine had and they paid 280 in Buckeye. I would pay 450 for that house.

I haven’t made it to the master bdrm yet. And I Absolutely love this house. If my daughter took my mortgage I would willingly go in a secondary bedroom in this house very private very nice I love it. Hold up four secondary bedrooms I’m more in love. So awesome. My daughter texted me back and said wrong state. Omg. I got 7 years to convince her that I want this to be my final home. If it wasn’t her birthday I would tell her how I really feel. Omg. I want her to find me something like this in Indiana. Lol. You do have it going on.

$560k for 3k sqft... Seems reasonable in this market. I 100% agree with you... Arizona has some beautiful homes! I will go out on a limb too & say the most beautiful homes. Arizona has amazing homes. That island was huge! I can fit at most 3 comfortably at the island in my house... This was a nice layout. The new homes make me want to buy additional homes. We don't need more ppl moving to az 🙄 that's the average price for majority of homes throughout az right now cuz the prices got higher. You used to get a nice home in buckeye for around 300k now you can't find shit they took those same homes and increased the price to 500k.

It’s the whole country, not just AZ. Rates have been low for years and prices have been rising everywhere. We bought a new build in Verrado. We have 24 homes on our block. Only 5 are from out of state. The rest are people that were already residents of AZ.

It's crazy but it seems like all the really expensive places are in places I don't want to move to. NY is expensive but I wouldn't live there because it's crowded and dangerous. Arizona is too hot and climbing the ladder of financial outrageousness. I'd like to stay here in California where I was born but I can't afford to live here, either and with my THC allergy it's killing me...we used to fight smog but now it's not smog smothering the state, it's pot smoke. I'm totally lost with no place to go. If you don't have tons of money at your disposal, you're homeless and, at 61, that seems like your only option. Socialism sucks.
