If someone has the means to rip out that carpet and dated tile, replace it with a nice hardwood or the beachy style lighter colored wood flooring, get rid of that room divider downstairs & just open it all up, upgrade kitchen a little, landscape the yard…it’s a decent sized house, could be great. That loft area is awesome! And yes, a backyard that size is non existent in new construction anymore!

You consistently give excellent home tours! Thanks! $2495 is a reasonable price. The room upstairs in the master is what you said. It's like a master retreat. You can probably fit a television and some small seating in there. Otherwise, it could be a place for storage. Definitely could put a basketball goal on one end of the concrete slab in the backyard. Depends on where you go in the valley. Positive to AZ over NE is that 8 or 9 times out of 10, the house is going to be newer. Being newer means less likely to have to replace shit or have shit break down/leak. Or you can buy land and build yourself, have more control over the quality. I did this myself in 2016, there is PLENTY of land to be bought and built on, especially in north valley...

First time home buyer loan won't cut it sorry to say. I know me and my fiancee just bought a huge crib in Gilbert and it was off the market in 1 day with 10 people making offers..those with FHA loans didn't stand a chance compared to those and US with the standard conventional loan of 20 percent

The nice neighborhoods are right up next to the not so good neighborhoods it leaks over! I had a stolen vehicle abandoned in middle of street right in front of my home door open an everything! I called police they didn’t tell me they were at that moment looking for the guy that moment my kids were playing in backyard… I didn’t know what was going on till police walked up on the vehicle guns in hand and I talked to police did I know some guy was on the run in our neighborhood! I never experienced anything like that I just thought someone broke down and was worried someone would hit it coming around the corner! Feel like they should of told me to stay inside or something I was shocked when I saw police walking down my street toward the truck with guns pointed at it!

I just have one thing to comment on. That round thing on the wall at the front door is a doorknob stopper. It stops the doorknob from hitting the walls when people just flings it open. Normally, it is put on the inside of your home. Apparently, they used some messy glue so it would stick on the outside.

You already have storage in the garage. The poo outside I don’t know what it was. But I would definitely get a termite inspection. I like pony walls instead of rails for the stairs. Safer for kids. And the don’t come lose easy. Well that weird room off the master you could deck it out for Christmas and you can see the decor outside. Or pretend your in Amsterdam. 😹😹😹. I love that backyard. I would see if it’s on a flood plane. It’s too close to that bridge and park not to be on some kind of flood plan. That is an up and coming area. If you were buying I’d say do it. But renting. Only if mom is coming to live with you. Good price. But, it’s a rental.
