Does a roll cage on these make any difference in the feeling of the driving?

@@theogulland6007 it should add rigidity and some changes to the 4 wheel grip id imagine not good/bad just you would have to change your steering and weight management techniques. Esp if the cage is multi point, as well as if the car is also partially welded...like aprons, a lower rear strut/4 link etc. Plug welded floor, Or if you add inserts/metal/joints into the rocker or mounting points for the roll cage is braced/fabbed too....if you want to limit how much this is affected you would have to go with a minimal/minimalistic cage/design. Its all fine if youre on a track or strip....but obviously for off road or canyon/cliff/roll scenario you want what your lifes worth to you implemented XD

CJK20 he puts the ebrake up on launch for a reason guys, when you put the ebrake up and let the clutch out just until you feel it grab and than launch and drop the ebrake etc it absorbs the shock in the transmission so he doesn’t blow out his first synchro or snap axles driveshafts etc. smart driver I do the same in my wrx ;)

It’s unbelievable, numbers don’t tell the full story. That launch with Antilag is simply the most intense feeling. I filmed a video with 1000bhp GTR. Taylor Waters I have just bought a Bugeye STI super clean low miles. Been thinking about a bit of tuning and actually considered Scooby Clinic. Can I ask your advice about costs of tune from 350bhp to your state of tune and at what point it gets expensive. Is yours forged and if so how much did it cost. Have you tuned to various stages or go straight to your current power. Would like any idea on cost vs BHP. 👍👍

Hey Gary I can answer on Tays behalf. It’s fully forged. Everything’s changed internally. It’s far from cheap. Engine build supplied fitted etc was 20k. Now that sounds scary but quarter of that was the syvecs ecu. Tay started with Bolt ons etc and a tune so 300+ then just went deep into it. He wouldn’t advise taking anywhere else they’re so good to him.

May be there is a mistake on specs? You’ll never reach such power on GT30 turbo. GTX30 can make it on the peak of its possibilities on flex fuel or C16. And intake manifold is not rotated. It’s better to show time of 1/4 mile or time 60-120mph to proof such power.

Exhaust manifold can’t be rotated. Turbo setup can be rotated as such on this car. I didn’t say that the graph isn’t right, I ask may be you made a mistake on turbo specs? There is big difference between gt and gtx turbo. I’ve got impreza 500+hp and I know what I’m saying. What time on quarter mile on this car, or better to know 60-120mph? With this power 60-120mph should be around 6.0-6.5 seconds and 1/4 around 11.0 seconds.
