Everybody pretends they are complaining, but I'm pretty sure they all like it. It's just fun, and the food actually looks pretty good. In any case, there is no other option. I relate to him to why he turns off everything when its not in used. I used to be really carefree about turning things on and not turning them off when I am not using it. But after I went to college overseas and lived in the campus dorm, the rental fee itself is already pricey and the fact that Utility charge was not included into it. So, I always turn off the fan and try to hangout with my friends out of the dorm as much as possible. Wanting to save more for my parents since the rental fee was close to the same amount as my monthly allowance for overseas.

when these guys are in training they don't worry about the fat or bloating appearance. once it gets closer to competitions they will start removing certain items in their meals in order to get that "cut" look. it is amazing how quickly they can do that. it isn't healthy for them to be "competition cut" all the time. their bodies would be in danger of shutting down. kidneys take hell during their competition prep.

Work out 1 hour a day is enough . But she does 8 hours and protein so white meat and eggs and lean meat and noodles and sodium + protein shakes while lifting and Pilates. Can lose 15 kg in 3 months . Maybe 2 month's . But if you are a gym teacher I think bulking and all 10 kg in 10 days. Because last two days cannot drink or have any sodium food at all for these competitions

Feeding so many people every single day with that amount of protein is no joke, it costs hella lot of money.... Others might take their employees out once in a while and get lavish food, but he needs feed them everyday at least 2-3 meals a day. They are professional body builders they eat allot more than an average person.... He doesn't have much money but he's make doing with whatever money he has. He isn't a chain gym trainer, it's his own blood and sweat unlike others which are invested by rich ones .... So critisising him don't sit well with me. I absolutely would love to get trained by him someday.... He's a good human altogether...
