It’s been two months and I don’t necessarily want her back unless she makes the LDR worth it again, but I guess I just want to know if I’ll be a good memory to her, that she cries about me as much as I did about her. @@lalisasmr I went only 3 days of no contact and also I did the radio silence method as well! the stuff really works me and my ex dated for only a month but since it was a short term relationship I'd recommend going 3 or 10 days of no contact litterally . don't even attempt to text or call your ex and trust me they'll start to feel the effects. that's only if you 2 guys didn't break up in a bad term though....... it may work only in some cases but if y'all broke up in a minor situation it will definitely work!!!!! Me and my ex broke up because she moved 2 hours away and did say she only wants to be friends as of (now) but we're planning on getting back to together in the future once I get my own apartment. So as at this moment we are communicating through facebook and snap chat . I did also beg plead before we broke up and that cause her to back away so that's when I did the no contact and radio silence method and it works like magic* she text me by day 3 of no contact. Remember we didn't break up in a bad term. now If it was bad term she probably would of text me by day 21 or 30

There's only 1 instance in which you can remain friends with an ex. If it's a mutual breakup and both parties agree on it. It's rare, but it happens. Otherwise, if one party still has feelings for the other, it's very unhealthy to remain friends...for obvious reasoning. Offering friendship after a breakup anyways is an insult to your value as a individual. Expecting the dumper to demote a bond with the dumpee shows not only that the dumper wants to obtain the power in the situation, but also reduce the affect of the emotional trauma on their end. It's subconsciously selfish, and friendship should never be accepted because it will only make the dumper move on faster and easier from the separation.

The problem with my breakup is that I broke up with her due to fear of her leaving me during the week of our 10 year anniversary. Guilherme Zanetti I can sorta relate man , my ex told me she stopped loving me two months ago prior to the break up and then she told me she mentally broke up with me a week ago prior to the break up, but yet shit was good, like there were no signs at all. And she spilled out the real her on that night. It messed me up so bad and it’s only been little over 2 months now. It’s a hard road brother and you will always question yourself and the relationship. I do no lie. Experience likes this change people , for better or for worse. In our case we will be the better people. My ex cheated on me with 14+ guys off tinder and started to do that two days before we broke and she did not care till I found out two days later after we broke up. It’s people like her that will go through another relationship do what she did to me and she will suffer the consequences. Broke up 1 week ago. When he broke up i broke down crying. 3 days later he brought my stuff and i asked him questions and let him know why i was confused about the breakup(without tears and calm). She wanted to "find herself" because she felt emotionally drained at the end of the relationship, but proceeded to meet with her ex while we were on about a week break, but had the understanding that we would stay exclusive. Hi Rory!! I’m so excited you will be doing videos every week!! Question-been in no contact for 57 days and haven’t contacted him and he hasn’t contacted me. He got into a rebound relationship within 2 months after we broke up. I believe he met her a month after. We haven’t talked since they made it fb official. As of 3 days ago he blocked me from fb!!! Out of the blue. I’ve noticed his new gf has blocked me and unblocked me a few times now. But he just did it out of the blue. Could it be possible she blocked me from his Facebook maybe while he was sleeping??

@@sarahboyd7754 an ex I thought was the love of my life ended up with his coworker and after the break up he made a new fb profile and blocked me from the new one, even tho I wasnt bothering him at all. They were daring for 4.yrs and after braking up I noticed he unblocked me... AFTER 4 YRS! so it could be that she is preasuring him, but even if she is, he is allowing it so u need to move on and not think of him, work on yourself, do whatever makes you happy, chase any thought that comes and its connected to him, and u'll feel much better. I broke up 10 days ago, during of the most difficult time of my life, so trying this mindset of focusing on myself and my stuff kinda makes me feel better:)

My ex assaulted me and threatened to kill me last week so now we legally have no contact. I feel awful for making a statement, but I know he does as well for his actions.. que sera sera. 🤷‍♀️

Does this work for short term relationships? It was almost 4 months and she ended it due to my lack of confidence, my insecurities and me forcing my feelings. I realized what I’ve done but I feel she’ll never contact me again. Her ego is too big. We work together too and having to see her every day kills me but ive been looking strong with every encounter I have with her. I wonder if us working together would make her not want to get back together...someone help. Still have a lot of love for her :(
