Thank you Julia, I'm 53 years old. And I've fallen off so badly. I've been WANTING to start a new morning routine. But as you know, it takes action. You've given me my morning g routine that I can enjoy, and I KNOW I will do. Please NEVER stop posting.

I’m in love with it too! I lost 200 pounds still need to lose 25-30 I actually realized I wasn’t eating enough. I have it every other day & im starting to lose weight again because it fits my macros! I hope you can enjoy it some days!!!

My Go-To's for morning routine: I usually get in my cardio or strength first(whichever is on the roster for that day)&then I move on to a yoga flow, which is usually around 30 ish mins average but varies in length. I like using a power flow to bring my HR slowly back down to earth.. ending with a nice & long Savasana. Even if I don't flow that day, I always meditate to end. After that I eat bc I like to workout fasted!! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day haha.. I do a spicy turmeric/black pepper/ginger/orange/lemon shot before the food and coffee bc that's best to have empty as well. Then I take my kitties for supervised outdoor time, reflect on my workout & check-in with my virtual workout gals(it's like a little accountability crew that amassed during Covid & we share the same trainer/workout platforms as well). I get my last bit of vitamin D & finish my coffee then & head on back inside for work!! Love my morning routine. Humans thrive on consistency & my animals love it too. Do you have a Concealer recommendation for 5in5ed spf...I use the Laura Mercier tinted spf but im 37 with 3 kids so I need something more fore under eyes but thats not super thick

I may have missed it in this but how much sleep do you actually get? I realize you wake up at 5:00 but for me I change shifts several times in a week so I'm curious how much sleep you get considering how active you are during the day maybe that would help me understand what I can do.
