It actually started a little before 1. I left work at 12:40pm and could see and smell the smoke down the block.

I am watching from Elmira NY we have big fires like that up here once in a while we have West Elmira volunteer fire department for mutual aid. I don't know if you guys have volunteer fire departments down there for mutual aid
