Thanks a lot for posting such informative videos..I’ve watched them all. I’m three weeks post surgery for the same issue - bicep tenodesis. Question for you: did your dr repair your labrum as well? Mine left it alone. How’s the recovery 2+ years later….back to normal yet? Thanks in advance for any advice.
