Does your kit come with a bushing to keep the tap centered in the injector bore while you cut the threads?

If I just lifted a cup on my engine, can I pull my valve covers and install these or should the heads be off for installation?

They do not come with orings

They only come O-ring if you order the head O-ring. Otherwise is machine flat.
