Hi friends ⛅️ this is my current 6 am morning routine - I truly only achieve this like 3-4 times a week before work, please don't compare yourself to me! I only share these to inspire and motivate you as I try to motivate myself! Love you so much! 💗 What is your favorite thing to do in the morning?

Recently I’ve added to my morning routine NOT snoozing my alarm. Yes, I have a backup alarm set. However; when that first alarm goes off, I get up and stay up. Simple but it’s made an impact. Weekends I don’t use an alarm.

Thanks for showing us a realistic morning routine! I found your channel through your desk setup video and have loved how realistic and relatable your content is! Some of the things I enjoy in my morning routine is also reading the Bible in the morning at home, and in my commute to work on the train I like to read a Christian book (I’m currently reading a book called Need To Know by Gary Millar)! It really helps me get into a good and healthy mindset before work.

I loved the morning routine montage. It was edited perfectly and it was super calming to watch. There is still so much stigma about mental health and therapy which sucks. But I feel it is getting better thanks to people like you who have a platform and talk about it normalizing it 💕 I feel like here in my country, we are still slightly behind but that is due to the complicated history and the leadership my country used to have but even here it is getting better. Interesting to hear you talk about your religion as well. Religions always fascinated me 💕💕💕
