Can you make a video for each one of them, breaking down the form, from slow to fast and maybe explain how to use them in fights stick vs stick and in self defense? Your videos are awesome. I don't really do "self-defense" content but I'd love to do more 1v1 sparring context videos in the future when covid isn't a big problem anymore. :) For the moves themselves, I've broken some of them down further in some other videos. Check out my last few vids! ☺️ Thank you for the kind words! 🙏

You can cut bambus urself. Of course you can buy sticks, but they are more thick. For that reason I took a thinner bambus stick and cut it in the same length as the normal arnis sticks. Or just buy arnis sticks for much money, on the internet.

I love it Daniel. What can be the reason, that i don't get speed + power on the backhand doplete? Forhand works good for me. But as soon as i twirl with the backhand, I lose speed and force.

that might just be a flexibility issue. speed for me comes from constant repetition also, i don't execute the doblete as a twirl. it's similar but i put a striking intent to it :)
