@Der Echte Cross contamination can be super dangerous as it can carry deadly illness. But, some people's stomachs have acclimated to things like raw meat so it really just depends on the person. Another issue here is allergies, some people will go into severe anaphylaxis over minute amounts of exposure to their allergy. So there's just many dangers at hand.

I've read some of the comments. I agree, Jon is scary. I will tell you what's scarier and WHY I LOVE it when he gets so pissed with kitchens...CHROHN'S DISEASE. I got salmonella poisoning back in the day and spent a week in the hospital. 3 years later I was diagnosed with Chrohn's Disease. While there is a genetic component, there is also an environmental one. This is really no joke and I'm so glad to watch Jon lose his shit over it. Luckily, I only got sick and have a lifelong disease...people DIE from food poisoning.

On his own show Taffer is really good at market research, branding, and yelling at people about very obvious fuckups. For bar staff training, kitchen staff training, menu and cocktail design he brings in numerous people from his network of highly skilled professionals. As for Ramsey. Well, on his own show Ramsey is really good at branding, cooking and yelling at people about very obvious fuckups. For market research, renovations and interior design he relies on numerous people from his network of highly skilled professionals. So there's a bit of overlap in their skill sets. Do they take turns doing the yelling, or do they both yell at the same time? Does Taffer yell at the front of house and bar manager and let Ramsey yell at the back of the house and kitchen manager?

Health inspection departments are often notoriously understaffed, too. There are documented cases of a single inspector having to cover a few hundred locations, so you can imagine how much real "coverage" that means.

@@farba7713 no kidding, especially since apparently health inspectors are very low on staff so there's barely any health inspectors, therefore this show is really doing a shit ton more work than they are right now! I really hope they're able to fix that, but so far Jon has been doing a WAY better job in my opinion. Bothers me how people just aren't using their heads and cleaning their area. Just shows people don't care, and people get sick in result

Some of those condition's the bars were left in were just down to negligence. When I worked in a bar, cleaning it after closing time was part of the job description. Do these owners not know that prevention is better than cure?

Lemme say one thing tho, Jason (blue hair guy) came a longggg way, he went from Hell’s Kitchen, then went to 24 hours to hell and back and to bar rescue. And he works with Gordon and John on a lot of things now
