Our society has gotten so far gone from what is right and wrong, no one understands anymore. But there is a lot of exaggeration and misrepresentation of some things(according to bar owners at least) like if the bars quiet they'll make it seem totally empty or make the owner look more like an asshole than they actually are etc. The two owners of the underworld/The End and completely real with their own website etc and owned the bar up until they shut it down to go back into music. I couldn't find Jesse, the guy with green hair, anywhere but they said in the video they keep him around because he's got a following and gets people in the bar so maybe you mean that?

27:21 former dancer here 🙋🏼‍♀️ the dancers walking around with purses is actually pretty normal, girls did it all the time at the club I worked at (I didn’t like carrying a purse though, I used a rubber band and tucked my cash in my heel) they use the bags specifically to hold the money they get from dancing onstage, private dances, etc. it’s not their actual handbag with their wallet and keys and phone in it.

Wow. He didn't even acknowledge that incredibly beautiful rockabilly style woman sitting at his bar even when he leaned in right next to her to check a drink. Saying hi takes two seconds, and you have an opportunity to be endearing by mentioning you're making a new drink and then ASK HER IF SHE WANTS ONE TOO. It's good practice, for one, and brings her into the bar's social atmosphere smoothly. Even if the customer declines, you can then get their order WHILE making the other drink. It's a near empty house, there's no excuse. Her commentary kicked their butt when she was making her drink. You're a performer as a server, fulfill that.
