I love how Doc Ennis keeps it real, doing helpful exercises, unlike other influencers showing glutes and intentionally trying to make us feel bad about our bodies.

Thanks a lot doc. My body is getting older, I been less active lately and wanting to get back into skateboarding like when I was young. I had a little session the other day and realized I might have to ease back into it. Found your video here this morning and I'm so grateful for that. I had an op to correct a hammer toe end of Feb 2024 and developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. Very painful! These will definitely help me recover. Thank you!
