You know what's funny? I am an ESL (English as a 2nd language) teacher and I recommend your channel to all my students who love Japanese food but hate to cook! Like me! lol (laugh out loud)! I tell my students not only will you learn how to cook Japanese food (your tutorials are so simple and easy to follow) you'll be working on your English, which by the way is very lovely. OK. Cheers from USA - my favorite sushi is spicy crab California roll! YUM!

Thank you so much for recommending my channel to your students! I am a little embarrassed, but I am glad to hear that. I wanna develop my English more though haha 😅 I really love spicy crab California roll too, by the way!

These are great recipes. It’s hard to find ramen with sauce packs that don’t have animal or dairy but the noodles are the cheapest so I toss packets in the trash and just do a million other things with the noodle. You gave me a many really great ideas here!

Hello Miss Sayaka, firstly I'd like to thank you for sharing so many recipes, as an avid ramen eater this will definitely be a delight for my taste buds! Everything looks super delicious and very easy and fast to make, which is amazing because I can see myself whipping up a quick ramen at the end of a hard day of work. I will definitely try the dan dan noodles one of these days!

Hi, just wondering if you have ever tried feta cheese (a type of goatcheese) as a topping on ramen? It is very salty and creamy and the heat from the stock gives it a very nice teaxture. I got so curious of the various and multiple toppings and ingredients one can add. So seeing your videos really makes me inspired. :) And I was kind of wondering if someone else had tried it besides me. (The feta cheese.) :) I just recently tried adding shiroi miso in my ramen and it was really delishous! Thank you, for your relaxing content and simple intructions! Greetings from Sweden. :D

Hi! Thank you for your comment! Oh, I have never tried feta cheese! That sounds good on ramen:) I will look for it at grocery next time! Thanks for telling me about that!! And, shiroi miso in ramen should be also good:) You are ramen master!

@@JapaneseCookingChannel Thank you for your reply! :D I especially like to pair feta cheese with miso and carrots. And if you fry up some haloumi (cheese, again.) that is also very good, especially paired with the sweet taste of chinese cabbage. :) Good wishes to you. :D

Thank you so much for finding my channel! I am so glad you liked my recipes :D There is also a video showing how to make ramen that more closely resembles the taste of the ramen restaurant in Japan. It takes a little more work than this instant ramen recipe, but when you have the time, give it a try! kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6KYp4tumsdqsLM
