I play white noise through the tmsoft white noise app and Bluetooth it to my echo show because after every hour the white noise stops and restarts very annoying I Bluetooth to it for non looping and better control of the device.

if you have an amazon echo device you set tell it to loop for how many hours you want it to.

In your opinion, are the dohms kinda cheaply made? all the amazon reviews say that they break super easy and arent as good as they were a couple years ago

There's a fan inside so your millage will vary. It's worth it.

"I've got all of these white noise machines to compare except for the industry standard Marpac Dohm which I just have a video of." Dohms are used in sleep studies and outside of rooms where you're not suppressed to hear what's going on inside like a doctor's office, to not include them in depth is misleading, a Google home device doesn't compare. I have a Dohm, they're great, what replaced it for me though is a Levoit core air purifier. Pretty much the same sound (plus air purification!), with the dohm you can fine tune the pitch real easy to get it just right. Don't get a speaker.

I hate my roommate he’s very inconsiderate and loud he likes to sit outside my door when I’m trying to sleep and talk to his dog and cat and or leave his door open and play videos game I asked him to be quite and he got mad and said I should turn on a fan so he can be as loud as he wants everything is on his time 😡😞

Commercial movie cinema's have very good speaker systems... that will NOT damage your hearing.
