Thanks for this video. It really humbles me and shows how not ready I am. I can count if I act like a robot, but I lose the count so easily. At 16:51 I went "split fours on five six" and bam. just like that I had lost the count. crazy

You have to keep repeating it in your head. And be able to read your hand. Takes practice

This helped so much. I use the KO method so my count is different and I count 7s as +1, but it helped me know when I was going to deviate etc. and take insurance which was the same time you did it even when using a true count. I just like the KO for the simplicity and it’s still powerful

My mistake. From looking at the discard tray it looks like you cut off 2 decks+ Is that an 8 deck discard tray?

Its intersting to note that at the end of the very firs round , the hi lo runnig count is +1 , but the wong halves indicates -1 .. this is because of the bigger standard deviation of the hi li vs the halves which i use and is level 3 count and most accurate..

I literally just googled how to count cards on blackjack, this is the first video I ever whatch and I can easily count the whole way through, is this actually suppose to be hard ? And this this actually gives you an edge over the casino ?

obviously, it does not. if the deck is hot for you, it is hot for the dealer as well.

Yes. Counting cards perfectly, perfect basic strategy, deviations will give you up to 1-2% edge over the casino. But you have to be perfect at all time to have a chance. There’s still variance and you won’t win every session but long run you definitely will

@@A1-BJI watch diligently, please keep posting: the people willing to watch 20 minutes are more valuable than the people willing to watch less than 2 minutes with regards to sale conversions (you have a patreon and could eventually have merch - my apologies if you already have merchandise and I was unaware) and ad revenue

how do you keep track of the count while deciding whether to hit/double/stand, i always lose the count in hands with lots of hits

You practice for a couple hours a day for several months.. then you seem to get better! Or.. watch my counting videos. They help too 😉

It was close. May have been just under a true 3. I use TKO (best system out there) I need +24 for all my deviations (except 16 v 10) and I was at +22 so it was borderline

A,6 vs D3 would be a double and not a hit.

@PomBearRS yes.... lol. What you guys don't see is how many times I have to restart. It is super hard to say everything correctly, add up all the hands accurately, make sure your mic is plugged in, get the camera in focus with everything in frame, and not sound lame... harder than it looks! 😎 thanks for the grace with the mistake 🙏
