very informative video brother...keep up the good work. I started my weight loss journey in May 2018. I was 92 kg at that time and my waist measurement was 42 inches. Now with controlled diet and regular workout I am 79 kg and my waist is under 37 inches. The key is to take 5 meals a day and the dinner should be the lightest meal of the day with no carbs in that. But please remember don't be impatient and check your waist line and weight every week. Best of luck

Heyy, this video is so much relevent, I have experienced this in the past but didn't knew the reason..when i was in the diet and lost 15 kgs, I used to have very less craving like..1-2 times a week..because my diet intake used to be more of protein and it helped me to be full almost all the time..so..now when i look back..and feel glad how i did that..this was the reason..this video is soo sooo sooooo true.. *blinks*
