Junk food cravings can be a major hindrance when we are looking to lose weight or for that matter to achieve any fitness goal. But are there any substantial ways to deal with it?? Sure there are!
In this video, I share my Top 6 tips and 1 trick (it's magical) to reduce these cravings.
6 Ways to reduce these cravings are:
1. Drink water first.
2. Eat more protein
3.Avoid getting too hungry
4. Get Enough sleep
5. Overcome Stress Eating
6.Psychological factor
1 TRICK
Tapping the forehead for 30 seconds definitely distracts from cravings.
This 1 trick that I have learnt is so effective that it works on a real junk foodie. I have shared my personal experience with you in this video.

very informative video brother...keep up the good work. I started my weight loss journey in May 2018. I was 92 kg at that time and my waist measurement was 42 inches. Now with controlled diet and regular workout I am 79 kg and my waist is under 37 inches. The key is to take 5 meals a day and the dinner should be the lightest meal of the day with no carbs in that. But please remember don't be impatient and check your waist line and weight every week. Best of luck

Hi Vivek, thank you very much for another great video..Keep doing the awesome work!! I have a doubt. Does eating a lot of fruits in a day have any adverse effect? I know that it has sugar(fructose), does fructose even have to be moderated in intake? I know raw sugar is pretty dangerous.

Heyy, this video is so much relevent, I have experienced this in the past but didn't knew the reason..when i was in the diet and lost 15 kgs, I used to have very less craving like..1-2 times a week..because my diet intake used to be more of protein and it helped me to be full almost all the time..so..now when i look back..and feel glad how i did that..this was the reason..this video is soo sooo sooooo true.. *blinks*

Hi Vivek. I am a student. And, I have an addiction of eating chips. I am diagnosed with PCOD and IBS. My digestive system is also weak. I get euphoria while eating chips. Eating chips trigger our pleasure points in brain and releases dopamine which make us feel good. I also feel a lot of guilt and regret after eating a bag of chips, because physically I don't feel good. I have tried a lot of things to control this urge, but couldn't. What should I do?

+DANDA RAVITEJA Thanks for visiting :). Well, sleep for 7-8 hours. Eat at a gap of 3-4 hours normally as you would eat during the day. The structure remains the same, timings change.

breakfast: bowl of oats + bread with cheese snack 1: one croissant lunch: pretzel with butter, salad, one blueberry cupcake, a little bit of pineapple snack 2: a small piece of candy snack 3: bell pepper with cream cheese craving I gave in on: 1 slice of cheese 1 spoonful of peanut butter dinner: Mac and cheese with veggies desert: 1 piece of dark chocolate I feel like I overate so much due to my cravings :/
