How I know I reduced my body fat: 1)better blood reports(reduction of fatty liver) 2)colleague told me that I am doing some magic and I have reduced 3)some very old clothes fit (pants) and some dont( due to a lot of handstand practice, my shoulders have become a bit broad) other benefits: I need to use fewer skincare products, my hair is growing like crazy all thanks to the protein that I eat and my life has gone so much better. I do indulge in junk food sometimes, now n then one icecream and few chocolate pieces but that is nothing more than 10% of my lifestyle I hope this helps.

1. Have apple cider vinegar/lemon water half an hour before any 1 meal (preferably breakfast) 2. Have fibre first, then protein and in last carbs while having your food for eg: have salad, then paneer/tofu then roti/rice 3. Move after having meals. (A light walk of even 10 mins can do the work but avoid heavy exercises) 4. Don't have naked carbs (for eg having anything nutritious with your carbs like having some cashews along with your biscuits) 5. Don't compromise your sleep ( Complete those 8 hours)

@@mayankverma8334adding an acid might be decreasing glucose spike but it still have same calories and acid have additional calories so if someone just takes acid with meal and don't exercise then calorie deficit won't be created and you won't loose any fat . Do exercise like walking to loose fat . I currently do 25 minutes of resistance training and 3 hours and 30 minutes of walking daily.
