1) before breakfast, have apple cider vinegar+ water 2) salad before lunch Curd in lunch 3) lemon juice in diner 4) fibre protein and fats in snacks and not just carbs. 5) whole grains over refined grains 6) walk after every meal 7) sleep at regular time

1) include acid ex. Apple cider vinegar, lime water etc. 2)Fibre - Protein - Carbs :- eat in this order 3) walking is imp after eating 4) avoid eating naked carbs , eat whole grains over fine grains , include fibre in diet . 5) satisfy your sugar cravings only after eating food. 6) don't over eat 7) never compromise on sleep.

@@mohitbansal321 I have followed this tip for 2 months. PS. I am a nutritionist and follow the glucose goddess Things that I did: 1) eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Start every meal with vegetables. then eat protein, healthy fats and then carbs.I ate one carrot or 1 capsicum or 1 cucumber or 1 tomato depending on what was available in my fridge but yes, every meal. 2) Protein- I was 72 kg. I ate 72*1.5= 108 g proteins per day 3)Once my weight started reducing I kept the same proportion per day 4)Drank 2.5 liters of water a day. 5)Electrolytes post workout Workouts: 1) I am a martial artist. twice a week I have 90 min sessions 2)on other days I run , do push ups everyday as that is my fav exercise.I also do 5 min animal flow workouts 3)On days that I am sore after workout, I just walk. move my body Stress : I do a lot of head massage on my own to get rid of stress . I meditate 5 mins per day Sleep: 7 hours of sound sleep everyday. even though I sleep from late. How I know I reduced my body fat: 1)better blood reports(reduction of fatty liver) 2)colleague told me that I am doing some magic and I have reduced 3)some very old clothes fit (pants) and some dont( due to a lot of handstand practice, my shoulders have become a bit broad) other benefits: I need to use fewer skincare products, my hair is growing like crazy all thanks to the protein that I eat and my life has gone so much better. I do indulge in junk food sometimes, now n then one icecream and few chocolate pieces but that is nothing more than 10% of my lifestyle I hope this helps.

1.1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water before a meal. Once a day. Lemon water or squeeze lemon on your meal and lactic acid also work well. 2. Get the food order right eg..salad then chicken and finally bread 3. 10 minute walk after meal. 4. Dont eat carbs alone, incorporate fats and proteins with carbs. 5. Sound sleep Thank you ❤❤

Summary:-- 5. add an acid Meals ke sth ek acid dalne se fat cut krne ke chance 40% tk bdh jate h. Kyunki acid glucose spike ko kam krdeta h. But hr khane se pehle nimbu ya acv jesa acid lena practical nhi h. Toh din mein ek bar le skte h. 3 options - acv diluted in water, lemon on salad, curd. Go for any one of them. Bahar khane jane se pehle teeno mein se ek kr ke jaen junk food ka asar thoda km pdega. Just a tip not an excuse to indulge in junk food. 4. Get the order right Khane mein pehle salad fr protein fe carbs khaen. Kyunki salad ka fibre stomach mein ek lining bna lega. Toh uske bad jo bhi khaoge vo dhire dhire digest hoga. Or lmbe samey tk energy milegi or unhealthy food craving bhi kam hingi. Or mitha agr khana h toh end mein khaen isse sugar level stabilize rhenge. 3. Move after eating Khane ke bad light walk kro ya vajrasan mein betho. Isse digestion acha hoga. Ek study mein paya gya ki kisi bhi time ki 30 minute ki walk se bhi jyada acha asr khane ke bad di hui 10 din ki walk deti h. 2. Avoid naked carbs. High carbs wale foods akele na khaen. Unke sth protein fibre ya healthy fats wali koi chiz jrur khaen. Isse glucose spike kam hoga. For eg biscuits ke sth kaju khale. Bran wali roti khaen. Bread ke sth nit butter khaen. Or fruit juice ki jgh whole fruit khaen. 1. Sleep Achi neend le 7 8 ghnte ki vo bhi raat ko. Der rat tk na jagte bethe rhen. Jb ap sleep deprived hote ho tb ya toh hormones bigdte h ya fr ghrelin hormone bdhta h jisse bhookh lgne lgti h or junk food cravings bdhthi h fr late night munching hoti h. @@Busyyyybabe No way. I eat the first meal around 12:30 to 1 Pm and then around 4:15 -4:30 pm I drink a glass of milk and sometimes fruit (if available) and then at 5pm, I go gym for normally 1&half hour and at 7:30pm after being fresh, I eat my last meal

1. Have apple cider vinegar/lemon water half an hour before any 1 meal (preferably breakfast) 2. Have fibre first, then protein and in last carbs while having your food for eg: have salad, then paneer/tofu then roti/rice 3. Move after having meals. (A light walk of even 10 mins can do the work but avoid heavy exercises) 4. Don't have naked carbs (for eg having anything nutritious with your carbs like having some cashews along with your biscuits) 5. Don't compromise your sleep ( Complete those 8 hours)

I totally vouch for each of these....ACV first drink after waking up is a natural fat burner, effective within a week. But, the biggest gamechanger is 10 mins vajrasana after meals. It's brilliantly impactful. Good adequate peaceful sleep is vital for every bodily function.

All the tips given in video are to get rid of "FAT" which gets stored in belly rather than other parts of body for majority of the people. So as soon as the fat gets burning, it will be ofcourse from overall body but significantly from Belly area only. Think before writing anything 😏😏

​@@mayankverma8334adding an acid might be decreasing glucose spike but it still have same calories and acid have additional calories so if someone just takes acid with meal and don't exercise then calorie deficit won't be created and you won't loose any fat . Do exercise like walking to loose fat . I currently do 25 minutes of resistance training and 3 hours and 30 minutes of walking daily.
