Thank you yatindar sir. Apki line ekdum sateek hai Jo log gaon m rahte hai unke pass trainer nhi hote hai. Ekdum sahi bat hai. Gaon m log gym open krte hai for the purpose of business. Unko koi knowledge nhi hoti hai and lakde khud hi Lage rahte hai. M b gaon m gym krta hu isliye apka video.dekha. Again thank you .
