4 set lat pull down pehla set warm up 15 reps dusra set weight badhake 10 reps last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 10-12 reps 5 set bend over barbell row 2 set warm up 10 reps each 3 set maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps 3 set lat pull down behind the neck pehla set warmup set 15 reps 2 set maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps 3 set both arm dumbel row on incline bench pehla set warmup set 15 reps 2 set maximum weight until faliure upto 10-12 reps 3 set v grip pehla set warmup set 15 reps 2 set maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps 3 superset of seated dumbles shrugs and barbell shrugs 15 and 12 reps recpectively
