I don't have an ankle sprain. Never had one as far as I remember. Just searching how to prevent one. Don't need to suffer from one before realizing how important it is and needs the effort to prevent it from happening.

For me, I never had any knee issue when training for high impact sport like parkour and some squats but I keep rolling my ankle sometimes. First It took just 2 days to heal now it is taking 2 months to heal it's just crazy

I havent played in 12 years made the mistake thinking i was still youn currently 32 went to the pitch with my old mates. Ended up getting a grade 3 sprain. Time to recover.

It can prevent leg sourness or reduce it but you can still get a fracture when tackled 🤦🏻‍♂️

In soccer, I feel as if the worse injuries you can have is either an ankle or knee injury. If one of those fail, you literally cannot play the beautiful game

Hlo sir, I need an idea from you because I don't have any pain in my ancle but I don't stretch and it hurts a lot. Rest of the time I walk or run, I don't have any pain, just by stretching I get a lot of pain in the ancle side... pls give me some exercise ideas.... I am a athlete 😊

These exercises work until we mistakenly put our legs on the football ⚽ I got sprained ankle 2 week ago as I mistakenly put my leg on the football. To be honest, Even 1 weeks have been completed, I'm feeling no relief. EDIT: After approximately 2-3 weeks I healed it by taking tablets prescribed by doctors and doing massage if it.

Honestly best thing you can do to avoid ankle injury is improve your footwork - I used to get rolled ankles every couple weeks until I worked on my footwork and they became a rarity

@@janwaruploads9575 im not really sure on basketball but doing skipping rope sounds good if you do high jumps and really fast jumps. Also just quick feet drills with a ladder or just with a line on the ground. You can also just do the movement of shooting and moving off ball but not sure how that will work with basketball

Train them after they are not painful if you are injured in your ankles try to walk on your toes but becareful not to injure yourself

Me watching this as a ballet dancer: 👀 I’m glad I don’t have to do that, cuz in Ballet we do that on a regular basis. (In all my 18 years of Ballet experience and I’m still dancing) We even work with our ankles and feet to go en pointe. 😂 The whole time, I thought: Why am I here watching this 😂😂😂

I had a similar issue with calf cramps. What I did: I stengthened my lower limbs like F*! E.g: Tibia raise, KOT calf raises, SL Calf Raise and Rhythm Squats
