Maasai Jump ( ? Reps and ? Sets) -It looks like number 1 and 2 -Quick Jump and make it Explosive but try to STAY on air longer while bending your knees. 4. Jump Split Squats ( ? Reps and ? Sets) - try to control your weight going down and-Try to be Explosive as possible 5. Single Legged Deadlift Jump ( ? Reps and ? Sets) -Try to control your balance 6. Clapping Push Up ( ? Reps and ?
