Jamie, I recently bought the 3lb bag of the King Arthur gf Measure for Measure blend at the Kroger near me. I was shocked to hear the price you paid. It was $11.99 at my store! I’m located in central Virginia, so the prices probably vary in different regions. Looking forward to the chocolate chip cookie video…😁…..Brenda

I may have mispoke on my video but I'm not sure. I was at BJs wholesale the other day (and I just verified the price online as well . It's currently running 9.99 for a 5lb. bag. The chocolate chip cookie video will be posted this weekend or next week. Definitely not scientifically exact but it does give you an idea of using the flours.

Is gluten free healthier than regular flour ??

I am not a dietician or doctor so I don't have an exact answer for if gluten free flours are is healthier than wheat flour or not. We use them in our house because my wife has a strong intolerance for wheat so we've removed wheat from her diet. Thank you for watching and asking!

The great value brands are not certified gluten free for celiacs. Many celiacs suffered after eating their products. Bob red mill is not for celiacs either, cross contamination.

This is absolutely false, first off the Walmart great value flour in the purple bag is certified gf by gfco, 10ppm or less. Celiac safe is anything 20ppm or less certified or not, for the majority of people with celiac disease. Cross contamination is taken into consideration with 20ppm Please stop sharing misleading information.
