It's an intricate part of your life. I walked away from love and romance when I was 23. Romance is/was a waist of time and money, and I'm not about to become a jerk just because women don't appreciate nice guys. Nothing sounds like simping more to me then changing your entire personality to impress a chick.

I hope this inspires you: It is true that most of the women today have huge and unrealistic standards for men. I was the same as most of you: lost, unsure, feeling useless, was about to give up on life. Some people might say "you don't need a woman, focus on yourself". That's not 100% true, at a point you will need. Even if you fail multiple times don't give up. Eren Yeager once said "no matter what happens, I will move forward". This quote must be applied everywhere. Me for example had a LOT of fails and I was about to give up completely, but one day I found a girl that I could easly figure out that she is perfect for me and I used all my energy to get her heart and succeeded. Don't give up brothers you can all do it, just keep moving forward!

My advice for you is create a lot of options for yourself with women. Don’t focus too much on just 1 woman and don’t be too desperate. It’s hard to do and don’t open too much about your personal problems in life, leave some mystery about yourself. The way women are now days you aren’t missing anything at all. No drama, high blood pressure, her trying to control you, play games, make you go broke, pick fights with you, sound familiar. Whatever you do never ever ever ever get married. I don’t care how great she seems. Date her, live with her, sex etc sure but if you ever breakup you saved yourself a lot of money, and a lot of psychological damage and then you move onto the next woman.

You guys need to understand it’s a numbers game plus every state is different, very different with women. Seriously women in Texas are not the same as women in Oregon lol. But they all have one thing in common they all bought into the mindset of toxic feminism. It’s not hard to figure out what works for you. If you talk a lot and can’t get a woman, quit talking too much. If you let a woman blab away and you land her well their you go.

As a dude in his early 20's who is already extremely disciplined in fitness and lifestyle, constantly achieving new goals, and chasing my ambitions (both financial and holistically), I've grown tired of the generic "work on yourself and the right one will come" copy-and-pasted videos about dating. These points were a breath of fresh air and straight-to-the-point. Specifically, your bit about the "average" or even below average guys with nothing special (not in great shape, ambitious or well-off financially, or even good-looking) having better success than the average "silent grinder working on himself" is so accurate. I can speak to this myself as someone who has been grinding extremely hard in the gym and my personal endeavors for the past five years. Admittedly, I suck pretty badly at having confidence off-the-bat when trying to build this tension with girls. From someone that had a pretty massive glow-up from fat to jacked (over many years of hard work), I find myself relying a bit too much on physical game and girls complimenting me about my physique. In reality, the attention you get due to having a good physique or being extremely intelligent and possessing connections and resources is just a plus and you still need to put in the work and immediately establish tension like you mention. I would even wager you might become viewed as intimidating and no longer as approachable or "relatable", so it makes things even more difficult at times. Pretty much every other video about dating from a dude's perspective nowadays either defends the complete hands-off approach to attraction and prioritizes either entirely "building yourself up and attracting through sheer ambition" or relying too heavily on the importance of cold approaching and "speed-running" confidence. In my opinion, I think a substantial amount of single guys like myself (not necessarily "many", but certainly far more than often construed) ARE already putting in the work and grinding in the gym, financially, and in terms of creating a more holistic and meaningful life in general. As someone that's extremely hard on myself, I feel that being in this "middle ground" is actually even more brutal and unforgiving than being an absolute beginner at starting to level up or after already having reached success because our only options are to essentially "waste time dating" or "focus entirely on ourselves". In reality, as you point out, I feel being brutally honesty with ourselves about filling that void of companionship rather than disguising it as "self-improvement" and actively working on it without considering it a "waste of time" is key.

Had to screenshot and save this, basically described exactly what I feel as a 21yo engineering student who’s been grinding the gym for over 5yrs. It does feel bad to see guys who don’t “deserve” it (as in they don’t work hard, educate themselves or do any physical training) get 10x the amount of women I am getting. I have been relying too much on working on myself and basically waiting for girls to come to me when that’s not how the real world functions, and we need to make the effort to put ourselves out there and stop waiting for miracles to come to us dating wise.
@mingmcflanagan4360 Жыл бұрын
@@java8569 Appreciate the comment man. I've been out of college for a bit now but the key is to remember that we're all capping a bit (both men and women). It's a strange cycle of guys trying to downgrade their effort into how much energy they're putting into dating (relative to results) and presenting our social insecurities as "strength and magnetic confidence that will radiate and attract the right ones". Conversely, women (particularly in our demographic) either have unrealistic expectations or only go for a very niche type of guy with very specific physical or financial attributes. Yes, while you will almost certainly gain more attention with the right mindset and habits (physique, intelligence, and social prowess), the groundwork has merely been laid for you to ATTEMPT to put in work. At the same time, it's also important to note that you can only get to such a level at each of these before continuing to put in work yields more results (a series of diminishing returns). For example, after a few years of going to the gym properly and dialing in fitness, you'll look "fit and athletic" (ripped, buff, jacked, whatever, etc...). The average person/girl (unless they're tremendously into fitness themselves or working in the field of sports or athletics), however, will kind of tune out after fit or ripped and thus, well, that excuse that you're "waiting to be in the best shape" doesn't cut it anymore. Obviously you can always get better, but there's a point (relatively early on after a few years) where you achieve, reach, and exceed the conventional bar of "okay, this guy is fit and athletic enough to be considered a dating contender". The hard truth we all have to accept as men is that: yes, if you happen to be extremely good-looking naturally and/or tall, that minimum bar is pre-cleared AND you will receive way more leeway to mess up, even if no prior work was done. That's not fair, but it's not everything. This is just the way it works and has always been. All that being said, I would wager that, like the video outlines, the key is to be honest with all of these factors and utilize all of these truisms about attraction and dating and use them to better our communications with one another rather than weaponizing and blaming each other (be it men versus men or blaming women). So, in conclusion: yes, "maxing yourself out" and focusing on self improvement is great and necessary to have a solid life in general. Simultaneously (and this is the part that many similar camps of thought and "self-help" manosphere videos lack), we have to remember that dating is a game, and when you deal with the right kind of women, you can minimize the bullshit and cut straight to genuine connection.

@@bombda430 Absolutely man and totally in same boat with the making the first move thing and keeping that organic tension up haha. Funny how the physique thing is coming up a lot in these responses too. Personally, I think the most immediate benefit of being a gym rat has been a higher frequency of some eye contact and some overt comments about "muscles" or "being very fit". This whole era of advertising insecurity and inexperience as "magnetic confidence and pure investment in oneself" is something I've wrestled with myself and have been recently come to terms with the fact that I was using this as an excuse too and not "above" it. Again, at least in my experience, the good physique and demonstrated discipline simply prolongs that window of making a good impression, and slightly buffers up your fuck up threshold. Contrary to popular belief, in my opinion, it's not some MASSIVE advantage when it comes to commanding that frame and building that chemistry off the bat.

9:58 Something to think about that might help you deal with that irritation is that: when you’re going out of your house to film a video, you’re entering a *public* space, a space that you can’t control what does and doesn’t happen, a space where life goes in any direction. The key point is “life doesn’t wait for you.” I myself have times where I get really irritated too, though I try to remind myself that what happened is out of my control, but what I can control is how I respond to it. Hope this advice helps for anyone reading. Also great video man, most of what you’ve said has made me think more about how I’ve been acting around girls my age.

I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s. It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others. But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm. Because of that I feel like a forever permanent incel for all time, even when I did manage to get a girlfriend. So yeah even while I did have a girlfriend, I still felt like an incel. I don't see myself ever getting over this, it will be a pain and wound for the rest of my life. And I'm not afraid to admit that there have been times over the years I have hated being born male, because I know I'm not the only guy in the world that has this mindset, that men have to do everything in dating and relationships and seduction. Yes I know tons of people say what's the point of being angry and depressed over what didn't happen in the past or not? Well I'm entitled and I have a right to my mindset, I believe it's always been part of human nature or just the human psyche to always be sad and depressed or angry and resentful over good things that they wish happened to them in the past but didn't. I know I'm not afraid to admit I have had these thoughts, and I'm sure other guys have thought this way, we feel that if we had been born a woman, we would not have been single that long. Probably because women just have to exist and they are guaranteed attention and options from Men, that requires no skill or no social dynamics, no game or no seduction. Guys, men, have to know or learn all of these skills, behaviors, talk a certain way, behave a certain way, act a certain way, walk and stand a certain way, breathe a certain way, have a certain lifestyle, because leading or taking the lead is something that is behavior based, skill based, think a certain way, and many more things, that i either don't know or forgot. Women just have to exist and breathe and they are guaranteed attention, options, that doesn't require any learning or skill development, it mind boggles me and makes me annoyed when people say women need skills to succeed in dating. One person I remember I heard said that women need game as well which I thought was the stupidest thing I ever heard. So ya I still feel like an incel for all time despite managing to get a girlfriend eventually, and I still get irritated and annoyed whenever people and society say that men have it better than women do in the human mating game.

I have some female friends in school, but we basically just help each other out in classes and one of them tutors me. I feel like that’s okay. I don’t go out with them ever to places and never ask really

The way Ive accpeted a true female friend is her ability make me meet more women, get me into parties, talk amazing about me to her friends, opening a door to a bigger and easier market. But sometimes I question myself because I’m tbh very red pill minded in my opinion about male friends. Thoughts?

As an older guy, my advice to you younger guys is forget about the women you are pursuing. Instead look to the women who are pursuing you. You'll have better results. Also never get involved with women at work. Ever! It is not worth the risk. By doing so, you are putting your livelihood at risk. You are jumping into the frying pan. If she is the boss, then you are playing with fire. I have seen other guys make these kinds of mistakes and I have seen some bad things happen as a result.

I'm 34 years old, I've been single since I was 23 in that time I've been on one date. These days I can't even get a girl to talk to me for more than a min or even look at me. It sucks. The ones that do take to me more than a day as soon as they find out there are certain social media that I don't have they ghost me.

Fake it till you make it boys. Just keep telling yourself how unique you are and keep repeating your strengths that women will like. Go into dates thinking “she’s going to want me in pretty decent looking, smart and I got good jokes… why wouldn’t she like me?” Keep repeating stuff like that. Keep thinking about how many boring good looking tall dudes there are and how she is probably sick of them and she’ll want someone unique like you. You got it bros go kill it! And if your nervous, who cares everyone gets nervous. Don’t let being nervous bother you. Happens to everyone! Make a joke about it even, if your funny, to show how unbothered you are by it. Be confident about your weaknesses… everyone’s got em.

I would be okay with this being the only youtube channel I could watch for the rest of my life.. Just need a little bit more implementation and action to become successful in business like you.

Quite a few comments saying nothing about the quality or character of their supposed female friends, and all about how they use that person for social proof or access to that person's network. If that's how you treat your friends, then no man would want to be friends with you. People can smell your intent. An acquaintance you hang out with every now and then when you're hoping for a shot at her hot roommate is not a friend, and you aren't being a friend, either.

Could you please clarify your interpretation as to whether promiscuity is permitted for single Catholics or Christians by extension since you are Catholic and may influence many by your videos. Appreciate you, and no judgment intended. Just seeking clarification. Thanks.

With no 5 you said to basically ghost a girl if she doesn't say yes to the plans you made however in other vids you said best to reply with a let me know when you're free. When should we use which?

Depends what you understand when it comes to friendship. For example my friend has a gf and we are cool and talk often and i would call her a friend of mine, but i dont find her attractive and would not try anything besides friendship

I think its benificial to befriend all kinds of people it keeps your beliefs constantly challenged and always learning knew things about people and the human experience . Most people like Ben Shapiro build up resentment and hate/dislike when they run there mouths about people they have not one clue about.
