In this video, we're sharing 6 simple yet effective habits which you can start today, to support your gut health
Habit 1: Remove wheat - what is sprayed with a pesticide which disrupts the healthy microbes in our gut.
Habit 2: Eat Protein - Proteins are essential building blocks for the cells in our body, including those in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
Habit 3: Drink Water - Water is essential for overall health, including your gut. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day to keep things flowing smoothly in your digestive system.
Habit 4 - a wells step - When you use a step or stool, it helps elevate your feet, bringing your knees closer to your chest. This position aligns the rectum with the anal canal more effectively, creating a straighter pathway for stool to pass through
Habit 5: Reduce sugar - High sugar intake has been linked to chronic inflammation, which can negatively impact the gut lining
Habit 6: reduce stress - Chronic stress can wreak havoc on your gut. Explore stress-reducing activities like yoga, meditation, or a simple walk to keep your gut in check.
