1:43 Red wine (or even better, balsamic)vinegar is amazing when you don't want to use red wine but still want some of of that depth and complexity of flavour. It is a really great swap especially for those who have kids :D

I want a thrive market membership but I live on the other side of the globe 😭✋🏼 also, you should soak the lentils in water for atleast 2-4 hours (12 being the maximum) before cooking them, it increases mineral absorption in the body by deactivating the anti nutrients :)

For ppl who struggle with orthorexia. I know that hearing the word protein all the time and being constantly told that every snack and meal you eat has to be high in protein can be damaging. Just remember that just about every food has protein and even grains are quite high in protein (usually about 10-15% and you only need about 5%). You don’t have to force yourself to add extra protein to every single meal and snack you eat.

@@CheapLazyVegan ohhh good idea. For a little over half a serving, this recipe includes 1/2 cup cashews soaked, 5 tablespoons reserved soaking water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1/2 - 1 cup non dairy milk, and a little garlic powder which is optional. I don't measure for this which is why I don't have exact measurements. I just put it all in a blender and then add it to noodles! It's also really basic lol but soooo delicious.

Not the tomato paste sauce again. 🙈 Why not a can of chopped tomatoes in their juice with a bit or tomato paste and water? Or crushed/grated tomatoes, or even passata? Do you really find that sauce tasty? 🤔 As long as it works for you I guess... Love your videos though, hi from Greece!
