Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact "flow" type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. I’m a high schooler who just started cheer and i’ve been searching for Pilates to help get in shape at home and i absolutely love the explanation and hard work you put into this and it’s very authentic in a good way. I definitely will continue to watch your videos! Keep posting and being you!

This is great! I have a hard time feeling bridges in my glutes without weight, but this workout really activated them! Going to come back to this for sure.

I love your style of presentation! It reminds me of Denise Austin's pilates show on Lifetime back in the early 2000s. It was no nonsense, always had stunning nature backgrounds like this, and she explained each the exercise very clearly and in real time along with you. She's how I learned about pilates and yoga as a kid. I feel really old saying this lol.

I think i did this one wrong 😅 i was feeling in my gutes & legs but also in my lower back.

You may have been lifting your hips a lil too high if you felt it a lot in your lower back. Try keeping your elbows glued to the ground and clasp your hand over you belly, now lift your hips into a bridge but don’t go higher then your hands.
