I was a victim of a hit and run some months ago and got some mild nerve damage, which includes a herniated disc, nerve pain in my right elbow and sciatic pain. I’ve been trying to get back into exercising, but the chronic nerve pain wouldn’t allow me and a lot of stuff I used to do before fell impossible right now. I went from running daily 3 to 5 km the day prior to unable to run 1 km without pain. I gained weight, lost confidence and lost track. I truly felt like I wouldn’t ever find my love for exercising again after that day, and I was about o give up. For some reason your channel got on my recommendations and your workouts have been helping me to slowly rehabilitate my body. This one in special is challenging enough I don’t feel bored but low impact enough I don’t put my health in danger. Thank you so much for this video and so many others in your channel, you’re doing a great job 💕

Hey I am a contemporary ballet dancer and I’m going to perform Alice in Wonderland in the next 2 weeks and a half as the cheshire cat, the problem is that there’s a movement I can’t do as good as the rest of the girls who are going to be the cheshire cat with me since I’m spastic from my right arm, wish me luck! Day 1:🩰 My niece came to the house and showed me how to do it but instead i did a backwards roll
