They used to be called 7 inch but now they list them as 6 inch... Oiled full grain tumbled leather, imported Vibram sole. ROCKROOSTER soft toe work Boots can give you a flexible way of walking in your outdoor work. The smooth and wedge toe cap will not squeeze your feet even if you wear it for a long time. The outsole is made of Vibram foam rubber, with uniform texture, better abrasion resistance and slip resistance. This model has the standard specifications for the performance requirements of the American personal protective footwear soft toe cap (non-safety/non-protective toe cap) boots. Safety Toe EH styles meet ASTM F2892-18 EH standards. Care-To ensure your rubber footwear stays in good condition wipe or spray with lukewarm water after use and allow to dry naturally. The insoles are made of PORON XRD material, which integrates many properties such as cushioning, impact absorption and energy return. Long-lasting comfort, reduce discomfort caused by pressure points, and prevent fatigue caused by repeated impacts. Even after high-intensity work outdoors, your feet will not be painful due to a fixed center of gravity. The shoes use the Goodyear Welt process, and the stitches are glued with a waterproofing agent that can strengthen the toughness.The boots are not easily deformed after long time wearing.

Damn, how do you keep your boots looking that nice? I work in a warehouse and have quite a few nicks and small gashes. My workplace doesn’t seem like it would be anywhere near as damaging to boots as the construction sites I’ve seen.

I've had both generations of these boots. The ones with the vibram sole vs the older ones that had the rubber sole. The vibram sole gives about six months, which sucks cuz the rest of the boot will last 1-2 years. The old rubber soled version lasted me 1.5 years before I got these newer ones... I do same type of work, build houses from the ground up.

No, but I just got a second pair the other day and I just weighed them. One boot is 25.5 oz. (new vid on the new boots soon)

@@GabrielBillett-ej5en Yes I did actually own 3 pairs now 2 pairs for work one with safety toe and the other pair no safety toe very light and comfortable boots I found the waterproofing is not that great but cant never have it all 😅

Why did the vibram soles wear down so fast?

I think they are kind of known for wearing fast, cuz they are so soft.

Depends on the cobbler. I'm pretty sure this one is Goodyear welted which is insane for the price tag
