@humbleman94 жыл бұрын
I find It funny How every positive change is automatically linked to finasteride. I used fina in the past for years. It possibly, only possibly, helped tô maintain a bit but even its abiloty to maintain is doubtful. Eventually, many people on fin start losing their hair and things become a bit out of Control. The only times I had great density recovery on fin was when I made some changes even involuntarily wich had to do with not making self sexual estimulation combined with not eating crap. I belive without fin its totally possible to make great hair changes in termsnof density and quality adopting good habbits (celibacy with zero sexual estimulation isnojr of them along with good sleep and sunlight), but real regroeth is another story, It needs other stuff, some good suplements and scalp mechanisms like massage, dermastumps etc

mat you should also consider using a leave-in conditioner. after the minoxidil has dried up. because after the minoxidil is applied the hair tends to look unhealthy and dry. ideal for styling the hair too :)
@kingsultantv83324 жыл бұрын
just do what I do apply it for 2hrs and rinse it out with water and sometimes conditioner the day your not shampooing. then style, I also use foam but turn it to liquid.
@yhrfeyxm4 жыл бұрын
@@kingsultantv8332 yeah good tips but i also find taking a shower, applying the minoxidil once the hair is dried and applying leave in conditioner takes away the greesy dry look that minoxidil creates. it also keeps your hair moisturized the whole day which is good.

Hi Matt. Great result. About 10 months ago, I had a FUE hair transplant in a clinic in Turkey 3300 grafts. With a quite similar result as yours. But I would like to have more density on the front line. As dhi allows to implant more grafts per cm2. Do you think it would be possible to have an other dhi implant on the front line to increase the density?

Great result. Hairline looks mint. I think if one needs to cover most of the top in time, it's better to take as much as possible from the side and back even if the side and back looks patchy afterwards. This is because the side and back should be kept trimmed to a 05. to 1 anyway to make the top look thicker. I think that's a very good outcome for a norward 5/6. Cover the top as much as possible, strip the backs and sides as much as possible, keep the backs and sides down with a shaven look, with hair on the top. Nobody is going to inspect your back and sides!

Hi Matt, This might be a silly question but just to clarify the dosage of the topical finasteride. I have just received my first tube (exactly the same as you use on the video). It has less half life but it accumulates in the system. After using it for a couple of months it takes about 3-4 weeks to remove it from the system. There is no point in taking it daily. I used to take it once a day, now I'm taking it 3 times per week and there is no difference. Also, if you want to make your own finasteride topical you can just add finasteride pills into minoxidil liquid and they will dissolve in less than 1 hour. You don't even need to grind them.
@MrDeceptacon884 жыл бұрын

Matt, you need to look into Dr. Raymond Peat and Danny Roddy’s ideas behind hair loss. Get your thyroid, prolactin, cortisol, and estrogen level check.
@urbanprojectz4 жыл бұрын
What is the output of this?
@Djsnoop124 жыл бұрын
?
@letsgethair4 жыл бұрын
Women are far more estrogen dominant than men, because of their regular menstruation cycle and naturally low T levels. Women are statistically much more likely to develop Thyroid conditions as opposed to men. Women have also generally higher prolactin levels than men. Women, in general, were found to have significantly higher levels of morning cortisol than men. Women have much less aggressive progression of pattern hair loss than men. Why? Women are known for low androgen production (fact) and less 5AR enzyme expression in their hair follicles resulting in way less frequent "DHT-Hair follicle encounters" as it is the case with men. There are many hair loss-related theories out there which may appeal interesting. You can´t cure androgen sensitivity though. There is a reason why it´s called androgenetic alopecia and not estrogenic alopecia for example. It´s because you have to combat it by targeting the androgen -- androgen receptor pathway. I am sure there millions of men with healthy thyroid who are in a good shape living stress-free lives, yet they go bald regardless of that. It´s not just about checking your Thyroid, prolactin, cortisol, estrogen, etc...how will you design a successful anti-hair loss regimen after getting this information from your blood tests? Will be such an anti-hair loss regimen based on at least one successfully done human trial or based on theory only? Will you design a specific diet? I believe that mismanaged levels of these parameters in your body (T3, T4, cortisol, estrogen, prolactin, etc.) can contribute to more shedding but they can never be linked to the cause of androgenic/androgenetic alopecia.
@VansLegacy4 жыл бұрын
@@letsgethair It's progesterone that women have more than men and it is the driving factor behind youth as well. I can't go over too much detail through this comment but I suggest you look into Dr. Raymond Peat and Danny Roddy, I say this not because I doubt what you are saying but I think it is another approach to hair loss that has not been discussed.
