I don't like getting emails, but I like getting your emails! 😊 They're a nice way to see what you're up to and it feels more personal than Instagram. PLEASE make a video about selling your art, and not your soul. It's a difficult subject and if you have some light to shed on it, as a fellow introvert, I'd be grateful to hear it :)

i do think the main reason i havent started a mailing list is because I just dont want to bug people, even tho I know it would be people that signed up to hear about what is going on with me and my art

at least with Gmail, marketing emails go into a separate inbox so your normal personal or work correspondence isn't buried in 20% off sales. I like checking in that inbox a few times a week to catch new product launches and sales although I would hate if my phone constantly alerted me about them

I aspire to be more open in my newsletter, it’s hard as a creative to decide which direction we want to go because a creative there are multiple avenues of doing the task. You calmed my soul and triggered a breakthrough for me today, and I thank you 🙏🏼 It's too easy to get caught up by the fast-food content, the fight for attention and the fast-paced world- while there is a beautiful world right here, called PRESENT MOMENT. This sparked a renewed desire to return to KZbin as my primary, if not exclusive, content platform and to start taking it easy again. I'm curious about your content creation process. I've been using teleprompters a lot, because I tend to drift very far, but in the meantime, I'd like to feel authentic and think out loud too... Do you have a script, a plan/outline or just a topic?

I have had plenty of bad experience with email lists, from both big companies and individuals (though not all.) Now my inbox is inundated. My efforts to unsubscribe go ignored. I imagine other people have these same problems and have become averse to signing up for email newsletters. So, how do we get people to sign up for our email newsletter? It seems the bad apples are ruining it for everyone.

Selling for the wast majority of women is challenging as they fear being rejected in general. Once you stopped being afraid of being rejected, you'd become a great seller of whatever you sell. Ppl do not buy from you - it's not that they don't buy your value. They just don't buy your product/s bc they don't need them. Quite a paradox but "productising" ourself should not be personal:)
