The Routine:
A: Hanging Knee Raise - 4 sets, 8-10 reps
B: Rope Crunch - 5 sets, 12-15 reps
C: Reverse Crunch- 4 sets, 8-12 reps
It should take 20-30 minutes to complete.

doesn't matter if you're on steroids. You get so much free, you can literally sit on the couch and build more muscle than someone who's natural and busting their ass. the real lifestyle is the natural way.

KallaMigCP if you are taking steroids and not working out paired with a good diet then you are not making the most out of the anabolic enhancements/testosterone spikes. In certain studies research claimed that those people who took steroids and lifted weights with a good diet experienced much more muscle growth than those who took steroids only. Tough after your steroid cycle you will keep 2/3 of the muscle gained from your cycle even if you have an ultimate diet and a good PCT as the muscle mass you have achieved is 1/3 water after your cycle this water will go away so the “muscle mass” will be different after your steroid cycle. Anabolic steroids like Methandienone have a much higher effect in water retention so you will see the most difference after your cycle if taking this steroid. For those that are thinking of doing steroids think twice if sure then these are points to keep in mind; Pair them with a good diet and weightlifting routine What steroid you’re taking, different steroids means different body reactions Make sure to have a good PCT If you already have heart or liver problems think twice as steroids can worsen the problem

Thanks for producing this series, it really helps me in planning my workouts. I've been doing a "3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off" for the most part. I can see where one could adjust accordingly when needed, reassessment every 3-4 weeks. Please keep the video's coming...definitely interested in your "reload" week and how you handle that.

Great advice Mike! But don't forget it's not always about body fat. The abdominals is still a muscle that can grow and ''pop'' out more. There's a lot of bulky strongman that has visible abs due to their strong core.

I’ve been trying to drop my BodyFat percentage and have been in a calorie deficit for the past year. I’ve now went to a bulk diet and I continue to do cardio. Dropping body fat percentage and bring out abs has been one of the hardest things to do. Love your videos

His chest is overdeveloped. He needs to bring up his arms an shoulders.his neck is skinny compared to arms. I honestly don't find him that aesthetic considering the issues with his proportions

Mike, it would be interesting if you could show us what your resting heart rate and blood pressure readings are. Carrying that amount of weight on your frame your BMI would be massively skewed, this would be a good video topic in the future.

Because they don't have any mind-muscle connection. Also their muscles are not used to the movements, that's why the motion looks like my computer trying to watch this video in 1080p with a 5mb/s download speed. Looks stupid, but I do understand them.

To be fair, if you do a lat pulldown to your stomach, it does activate the lats even more as it simulates a pullover movement

You consistently rep slow. I can totally see how this improves mind/muscle connection. When I go slower like you, my pump is much better and the muscle is totally wasted. And my joints feel great. I've swallowed my pride and lowered the weights a little to keep nice slow form. Thanks for being consistent with this!!!!

Tks for the videos, great tips. You could perhaps do a video talking about resting times between the reps, if it matters at all and what is the ideal one depending on your goals or type of workout. Cheers

I think it's just me and Jeff Cavalier who trains abs regularly as I am below 10% Bf but I still train each sections of the abs one day of the week which results in 3 or 4 days of abs training

You don’t have to train them, if you hold your abs tight throughout the day, driving, sitting at your desk. Three times a day blow all your air out and vacuum as long as you can. Flex your abs in the mirror so you see your six pack. All day flex your abs in that manner. It’s totally different than the way you flex to train, but I swear it’s what will give you a six pack in weeks
